Just bought a house and noticed some allergy issues so I met Janet at the Lucas County Fair and she set us up for a free inspection we loved that part!. They sent out a service man and he was very knowledgeable and told us nothing to worry about as far as the basement but gave me other suggestions as to what it might be and what we could have looked into. If we did have a issue in our basement this is definitely who we would call!

I can tell you the date but our house was built circa 1927 I had no sump pumps or anything in the basement. we now have 2 sumps although we need to replace the battery back up which we've never needed the other pump is still working fine it has never really had that much water in it. our basement has been dry ever since. I do need to replace the outside louvers on the easy breathe as they have deteriorated but I believe it has been almost 15 years maybe. we have been very pleased.

Was at the mall for the big build a bear event and met this lovely lady who was working the booth there and she was just a big ball of sunshine helpful and very informative.
