RecommendedI can tell you the date but our house was built circa 1927 I had no sump pumps or anything in the basement. we now have 2 sumps although we need to replace the battery back up which we've never needed the other pump is still working fine it has never really had that much water in it. our basement has been dry ever since. I do need to replace the outside louvers on the easy breathe as they have deteriorated but I believe it has been almost 15 years maybe. we have been very pleased.

We have been happy with the service we received from EverDry. They were very professional and worked quickly. The only problem we've experienced is that the sump gets really loud and clunky every 18ish months or so, but they are quick to handle the situation as soon as we report it to them. JR Helena, OH
