EverDry Waterproofing fixed our basement almost 2 years ago. We had leaking walls, mold and had up to 1 inch or more every time we had heavy rain. They were able to patch the leaks inside and outside our home as well as our crawl space. They also installed a new sump pump system and a system that helps provide healthy air move through our home. Everdry waterproofed our basement two years ago. Iâ� � m not a fan of the pushy sales tactics- and know that the first price offered is never the â� � bestâ� � deal. I hate the bargaining... itâ� � s an arduous process. That said, their waterproofing system is EXCELLENT and so far customer service has been phenomenal. We had an issue with drainage in our yard after the system was installed and they came out 2X to make sure it was corrected. I could not be happier with the service and results I got from Everydry. After two flooding incidents which ruined my fully finished basement, I called Everdry. The sutomer service representative came to my home, explained my options in detail and never made me feel pressured. The installation went as planned and now nearly three years later my basement has remained bone dry despite the numerous storms we've had. Best decision I ever made was to choose Everdry for the job!

Had my basement/garage waterproofed by Everdry Waterproofing in February 2018. After basement leaking every time it rained for years and having it worked on by other contractors twice without it lasting, had Everdry waterproof my basement with system that sealed both the inside and outside of the wall. Our experience with the whole EVERDRY Cincinnati team was amazing from start to finish! The initial inspection & proposal was very thorough and accurate. The installation team was super friendly and very professional. The work was done in less than a week and our basement has been dry for over a year now.

We had this work done about 3 years ago. We had a leak in our basement since we move into our house in 1984! Wish we had had Everdry fix the leak years ago! We would highly recommend this great company!
