Everdry waterproofed our basement back in 1993. For 25 years we had absolutely no problems with water in the basement. After several serious storms in 2018 we developed in our basement again. We called Everdry hoping to get the repair done under our warranty, although we were not convinced anything would be done after such a long time. Had Everdry come out to fix water leak. They estimated it to be a two day job. But ended up taking 7 days because the concrete was so thick. Even though it took 4 extra days. I wasn't charged anything extra. Though for sure they would have came for money. But they stuck to the contract. Don't find to many companies like that anymore! The guys that came here were very nice. I felt comfortable enough leaving them at my house while I went to work. Would definitely recommend them !! By the way they also have a great warranty

The EVERDRY representative was professional, punctual, and explained all the processes of the work to be done. The crew was professional and cleaned up after the job. The foreman also explained what i needed o do if I had any concerns.

When we moved in our home 20 years ago, we had severe water problems in our basement. Everdry installed a system that turned rainy sleepless nights into rainy sleep-filled nights. We had one minor seepage problem several years ago, and Everdry addressed the issue quickly and completely.

Everdry waterproofed my basement a year ago. I haven't had any water issues since it was completed. They did a great job and I recommend them.

When we bought our current home in 1993, there was significant water leakage in our basement, any time it rained more than a little bit. The problem turned out to be a gaping crack that ran almost the whole length of one of the concrete foundation walls which had been hidden behind paneling installed by the previous owner. When I bought my house, it was a typical hot, dry summer in southwest Ohio. I didn't realize the extent to which the basement leaked until after I'd signed the papers and closed on the sale. We bought a brand new home, and the heavy rains led to seepage and leaking in our foundation. We were dreading dealing with the issue, but we are very happy with the outcome after they did their work. The team was courteous and hard working. they explained what they were doing as they were doing it, and stayed right on schedule. No one wants to waterproof their basement, but I would definitely recommend Everdry of Cincinnati.
