My house was built on a block foundation. It leaked a lot and was ruining anything that was down there. I saw commercials for Everdry and gave them a call. A guy came out and looked at the basement and checked for mold. Then he gave me options after explaining them. I picked work to be done on the outside and on the inside. We purchased our home with an Everdry Waranty in place. Since moving in over a year ago we have only needed to call Everdry once when our sump pump failed. Everdry had a service technician in our home within in 24 hours and had our old pump replaced with a brand new one! Customer service is top notch. For the small yearly warranty fee my wife and I know we are covered if anything were to arise. We highly recommend Everdry!

We have a very old stone wall cellar that houses our water heater and furnace. Water would seep in walls and lay on floor which , besides being somewhat dangerous to those appliances, would also make the house smell moldy and musty. The Everydry people explained everything thoroughly and helped us understand the process. We had this done 3 years ago and the difference in the damp and smell is amazing. They were and still are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I bought our house three years ago. We have not had any issues with the basement leaking at all. All of the equipment is still in good shape and runs quietly. Our kids love playing in the basement so keeping it dry is priority. If I do have a question all I have to do is call and I quickly get the answer.

We have had a great experience with Everdry thus far. No matter how much rain we have had, there is been no moisture in the basement. We bought a house that had been recently serviced by Everdry and the warranty transferred over smoothly to us which is nice. I was not aware that there was a $75 annual cost associated with renewing the warranty, so my first payment was late.
