I had a water leakage problem in my unfinished basement. The water was accompanied with mold, mildew, wood rot on beams and water buildup in the walls. The water was entering from the floor up. Everdry was great to work with. The team we got was very professional and did everything they could to minimize the impact on us while they worked. Once they were set up to work in the basement, they even used the egress window as their main entrance and exit rather than coming through the main part of the house. I live in Griffith, Indiana, in an area with loamy soil and a high water table. Whenever it rained heavy we were sure to get seepage in our basement. We had Everdry waterproof our basement 12+ years ago. We've only ever had a few issues. Once a pipe split, and the pump has failed. The staff answering calls is always professional and courteous. We had water problems in our basement for at least 15 years. We tried to fix the problem ourselves trying one thing and another and nothing ever worked. We finally called Everdry.
