Had a good experience from the first moment the sales men came to the house, explaining everything they would do and how to pay for it and how long it would take. No problems in 6 years since the work was done and every year we have our scheduled maintenance come out to recheck the system (a small yearly membership fee) they are very prompt and efficient
The crew arrived on time every day and went to work immediately. Everything in the basement was covered including the stairs. The basement was reasonably cleaned when they finished. Tarps were put on the lawn to protect it when they piled up the dirt from the trench. They were careful around the shrubs and trees. The few plants they dug up were re-planted. We had Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana install a sump pump in the crawl space and waterproof the entire foundation. They did an amazing job. dug out around the foundation outside and in the crawl space to waterproof it. covered our floor to protect it from muddy traffic in and out with buckets of dirt from the crawl space. did an amazing job were completely done in two days. We were not expecting the price of the job, but would do it again in a minute. When we saw everything they did, it was well worth it.

The sales team was highly professional and gave time and space to make a decision for our family. The team that came in to complete the waterproofing did a great job. Respectful of space, went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned after they were here. Overall a great purchase.
This is our 2nd use of everdry for waterproofing. We had our full basement done about 20 years ago and it has continued to work as promised. We decided it was time to do some waterproofing in our crawlspace and they did the same waterproofing inside and outside the crawlspace.
