We had Everdry come and work on our basement last February. Before we had the work done we would have water seep through where the wall met the floor and up through a couple of cracks in the floor. Since we had the work done we have had no water seeping through the walls or floors. They broke the floor around the perimeter of the basement, put in a new drainage system, and replaced the original sump and added a second sump well with backup battery operated sump pump. Earlier this year I purchased a home that had quite a lot of remodeling done in the past few years, including Everdry installing their basement and foundation waterproofing system. As the new owner, I didn’t know the details of the system installed, but I needed a service call for the sump pump. when i bought my house 13 years ago, i did not know i had seepage. a year later my basement started to smell and lo and behold i had seepage. i called everydry and they came out, did an assessment and sat down with me and explained all their options to fix the problem. a very professional crew came out and no more seepage. thank you everdry, my basement is still dry after 12 years. they also stand by their work, i had to call them to come out and replace the pump, they were there the next day. i would recommend them to anyon... read more
After moving into our dream home the experience soon turned out to be nightmare. We had severe flooding in the basement. Not just moisture or mold although those were part of the problem too, but real standing water deep enough to ruin the valued antiques we had stored there and dashing any hopes of finishing it for living space.
