After getting an entire French drain system put in this is how the crew sealed the cracks of the brick. When I questioned it the foreman said that it was the best they could do and that the special concrete they used outside would protect from water coming in the house. After every storm I still get water in the basement and when I called for service they tell me that my warranty is not valid because I didn't pay the annual fee. Ethan and his team did a great job all around. Friendly and courteous to have working inside our home. Professional setup and tear down of all equipment and an exquisite job at cleaning up at the completion of the job.
Great experience. David is very professional and helped us understand exactly what’s going on in our basement. It’s an older home and while originally very well built construction standards have improved and this work will go a long way to bringing it up to 2025 standards. Didn’t feel any pressure and we weren’t rushed. . Process was also easy and options explained. It does take a little time due to measuring and taking photos and each home if different, but nothing extraordinary. Very pleased. Thanks David.
