The service men were polite, very explicit in explaining the work to be done, asked where I wanted them to come in and out of, and done efficiently in a timely manner. They went over all that the EZ Breathe would do and how the back up sump pump worked and the battery and how it worked as well. I was very impressed with their knowledge, and workman ship. When I bought my home I knew there was a problem with occasional water in the basement. I tried solving with problem by improving grading and gutters which did not work. I had Everdry install their system and after a few additional modifications completely solved my water problem. I live in a wet area and have called for follow up service a few times and Everdry has always quickly resolved the problem. I� ve been an Everdry customer for over 20 years and would recommend their service.

EVERDRY DID A GREAT JOB AND ELIMINATING THE MUSTY ODOR AND WATERPROOFED THE BASEMENT. I CAN NOW STORE ITEMS IN BASEMENT AND THEY WILL NOT MOLD OR GET WET. THE EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT AND TOOK GREAT CARE TO PUT DOWN FLOOR PROTECTION AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

Everdry installed a drainage system in our basement along with a backup water powered sump pump. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and their response time to service calls is very fast. Our main pump stopped working while we were in the hospital for 3 nights. The back up pump SAVED us. If not for that our basement would have been filled with water. We called their service department and within 90 minutes they had someone at our door with a brand new pump to replace the faulty one. Unbelievable service and I c... read more
