The crew was excellent, they were very polite, clean and on time. The entire time they were working on our basement they layed down mat so to not track anything through the house and they cleaned up everyday. You wouldn't even know the basement was completely torn apart. I had to work everyday they were here and I felt completely comfortable leaving them in my home. Let me start by saying that if you have to have a problem with major work going on in your home, it should be handled the way Everdry handled it. We signed a contract with Everdry to waterproof our perpetually damp basement, so that we would have the extra storage space, as we have a very small home. We needed so much work done to ensure that we would have a dry basement..we had the walls reinforced, a new sump pump installed, drain tile,outside drainage done. The workers that were here were very friendly,knowledgeable and professional. For the amount of work they had to do they had it done in a timely manner. After they were finished they cleaned up after themselves and you barely knew they were there! We had an issue with our sump pump back up battery and they came out and fixed the problem right away. Great bunch of guys. They were very professional in everything . they did. After one week there was a slight problem ( that had nothing to do with their work) and after one call they were there the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with basement problems!
