Last summer we decided we needed to have a mini split System installed in our condo. After interviewing 3 plumbing and heating companies we decided Evergreen was by far the best fit for us. Mike the technician had explained different options and solutions to our townhouse. The contract was signed and we awaited installation day. The install team arrived promptly, Mike stopped by to oversee the first part of the install and then one of the team members left . I had two different plumbing companies that were unable to diagnose the issue with my boiler in my new home, and wouldn't even admit it! Someone from Evergreen walked in and within 30 seconds knew the problem and the solution. Turns out the plumber that did the original work (one that I had called initially) had not installed a necessary circulator (or something like that). I only use Evergreen now. I was waiting for my boiler to have a failure as it was nearing the expected lifespan. One day I woke up, and it wasn't working. Carlos was there later that day, and scheduled to replace my boiler and hot water heater the very next day. It was a long day for them, and they did a great job with a really clean and professional installation in a rather confined space. They left the site as clean as when they arrived. I am really happy with the work they did and the more efficient heat and hot water!

Great company! I Have used them several times now and they allways send someone out right away and get the job done. They also stand behind their work. We had a toilet installed recently and it started to leak. They came right out and fixed it free of charge! I am very happy with them.
