Well let’s see I was scheduled for a service call on the phone I told them my issue and they set up the service I waited for a week that was you earliest appointment that’s fine I get it companies are busy so the morning of my appointment I received a text message saying my service tech would be there at 8:30-9:00 well after no one showed up at 9 I get another text saying the tech will be another 30 minutes to an hour .... Evergreen Plumbing and Heating could improve by going out of business. Terrible service. On 10/26/18 I paid Evergreen $795.78 for a tune up and various repairs to my gas heating system. Then on 10/30/18 I had to have them come back to replace a zone valve. As an "ultimate member" they charged me $375.00 for less than an hour of work. When I tried to contact them they did not return my calls. Then after a year and a half of absolutely no contact, I suddenly received an email stating that I still owed them $375.00. To whom it may concern and probably won't care but..I am not going to be rude because a friend, that recommended your business, is an acquaintance with the owner's son. But I need to tell you that I am totally unimpressed with your service. We set up the service for between 1 and 3 pm. I received a phone call at lunch saying it was closer to 3, which is fine. I then received a call at 2:45 now saying closer to 3:30, 3:45. Nobody showed up by 4 so i called. All of a sudden, two guys called out today, which wasn't mentioned... read more

Had a gas furnace issue just prior to Christmas and a tech was sent out to the house to review. After quickly telling me I needed a new furnace without looking at anything, he opened the door and diagnosed it as “a bad motherboard.” After going a few days without heat because it’s a Lennox board (not their fault on that) the tech came back and put the board in and I was charged $1,000. First called 7:41 pm Thursday explained to answering service I'm in hospital wife and kids home with no heat! I was told a service tech will call me for more info.... no call 2nd call 8:24 pm they don't know why he didn't call they resend the order and say he'll call you in couple minutes....... no call 10:12 pm 3rd call I understand if you can't make it I'll call someone else so sorry Steve is calling you now ...... 8:00 am next day still no call back
