Will never have them come again. $89 to come and diagnose. I asked Sarah (the woman who answered the phone) if that $89 covered the snaking of my toilet. She didn't know. She said the tech will tell you before hand. Nick the tech guy told me $49 for snaking + that $89 diagnostic fee... fine. When he was finished he said I'll knock $50 off, because it was an easy job. They came on Christmas Eve afternoon to remove some excess gas piping. (First time using them, new homeowners.) Sometime in the middle of the night we lost heat, pilot went out, woke up to the house in the low 50’s on the 26th. They left the door to my basement open and did not tell me when they left. They did not check to see if the heater was working in each unit and left my fiance and I without hot water. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
