Great for existing and routine care. Not great at calling back. Called multiple times for 3 weeks trying to get a call back to schedule surgery for a possible cancerous growth for my cat. Finally left a message promising to come in person and schedule an appointment and was called back within 15 minutes. Still super appreciative of their effort, but also left feeling like a nuisance for trying to get my cat care. Thanks and sorry.

5 stars for Dr Lee. She's been very good so far. I do think they need to change back their appointment system to having someone pick up instead of us leaving a voice-mail. I see this as an inconvenience to us as customers. It creates an impersonal experience.

Last minute emergency, needed to put our very sick very old dog to sleep and they saw us within 2 hrs. Super caring staff, the Dr. was very gentle and made this difficult time easier for my adult son. Today we got a sympathy card in the mail from the clinic. We did not expect that. Thank you

I used to come here for years when I had my 2 dogs. Always had a great experience. They have since passed and I didn't need veterinary care for some time (about 5 years). Within the past 1.5 months, I've adopted a stray dog. The first appointment I could get was at Canyon Creek Veterinary not too far away, but I didn't feel at home there. Friendly staff, good communication, and vet is a professional and punctual. However, the price is a little expensive.

My parents used to have a dog back in early 2000s and would bring her here. Can't really remember how the service was but because my parents been to Evergreen Vet Clinic in the past, they wanted to try again for our 5 month old cat in 2014. I felt the veterinarians, technicians and receptionist were friendly but I'm not about diagnoses. When it's just a simple check up with vaccines, flea medication, or spaying there's no issue. I brought my dog in after an unfortunate encounter with a stranger who got scared of my dog and hit him in the face w/ his keys. I knew something with wrong with my dog's eye and I was scared that the stranger had blinded him, so I called this vet to ask for some advice. They took me in that very same day and took a look at my dog's eye. Even with the Covid regulations in place, it is still so easy to communicate with the doctor via phone calls. I've been a loyal customer to this establishment for years. My family has been taking our household pets here since I can remember! There is nowhere else I trust to handle my two French bulldogs. The staff and doctors are extremely welcoming and reassuring. I love that the doctors go above and beyond to help you understand what your pet needs and they thoroughly explain why.
