Great customer service I took my Cadillac in because I thought there was an issue with the breaks. The gentleman I worked with had someone double check it, drove it and educated me on the GM braking system without charge. Took it back for maintenance and they did an excellent job. You don't get customer service like this anymore.
oil change at Ewing I came on time for my appointment. They took my car in right away. I worked with J. R. Lopez. I got an oil change, tire rotation, fluids fill-up, and air in the tires for $50. The waiting room was very pleasant.

Amazing customer service! I was in a bind after being in a car accident and needed a new car. The first night I went to look at the car I was still a little tired and hazy from the accident but Oscar was very friendly. I told him what I wanted to spend and he said he would keep his eyes out for me. A few days later he called with an option to buy a 2014 Buick Encore.
