Buying Experience Buying my new Yukon SLT was excellent! No high pressure and it was a clean process. I knew what my vehicle was worth and that is what they offered. I knew what the new vehicle was worth as well and we got to that point after one visit and a few emails. The sales person (Herm Jackson) was excellent in purchase and in some of my dumb follow up questions about the new technology in the vehicle. This is my third purchase from this dealer and my 5th Yukon.

Quick service done right. Brought my truck in on a Monday at 11:30 am with a transmission problem and it was fixed by 5 pm, same day . Now my truck runs great.

Install black GMC emblems instead of red; order warranty prt Good service and got to use coupon for emblems! They ordered part with no problems and will call when it comes in. They were very helpful.
Great Experience Arrived looking for Acadia listed on website. Car was available and equipped as advertised. Dave test drove the vehicle with each of us and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Worked with us on price and financing deal and delivered the car exactly as we wanted it. Financing was a breeze since we were pre approved through USAA. Drove the car home the same day.

Great service department! The service department provided a great service repairing my new vehicles back seat. The service technician did a great job. My only concern is that the vehicles manual should be updated with the information provided by the service department.
Great experience Knew what I wanted and did not take long to close. Good interactions with all staff involved. Great facility very clean. All personnel were timely in getting their particular part of transaction done.

Excellent Experience I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Ewing and as always their customer service, from the receptionist behind the front desk, to the salesperson, sales manager, to F & I, was superb.
