I would rate Oscar five stars, however not the Dealership. Reason for low rating is maybe is time to change some of the norms. Like when someone purchases a used car, just because it's used it should not be a different experience and customer treated differently by only filling up 1/2 of the gas tank v/s full thank if we bought new? why treated different, if this could be a potential future customer. I'm sure you know is whatever experience we leave there with is what is going to reflect on our future purchases or referrals.... read more

Body Shop My sons truck had been hit by another student while away at college. He had the initial estimate done at a local dealer. I got the estimate and check very quickly. I decided the dealer was too far away and wanted it to be a little closer. I tried the local Service King in Burleson Tx but they had a 2 week wait just to get the estimate. Quick and Easy I saw an ad for the Yukon online and it matched what my wife had been asking for. We visited the dealership while it was closed on Sunday and gave it the once over. I returned the days following and Oscar took me through it and on the road. Within a few minutes we had the deal done. The new dealership is very well laid out and has easy access and egress. A pleasure doing business here.
Great Sales Experience My Wife and I were in the market for a current or prior year like new, fully loaded, GMC Yukon XL SLT with very low miles. We had been looking for over 60 days, and had driven several vehicles at several dealerships. We found a vehicle at Ewing and went to look at it. Persistent helpful Salesperson Oscar Mora did a great job in following up with helping us find a vehicle after several months of calls and internet searches we made to several dealerships. . Although we didn’t find a vehicle which matched all our criteria, we are happy with what we found in a 2016 Buick SUV with low mileage. Thank you Dave! Dave was an absolute joy to work with. The entire buying experience for myself and my wife was actually fun. He was extremely helpful and friendly and at no time did we feel any pressure to buy. I truly feel Dave had our best interest at heart.
