Great experience at Ewing Buick GMC Professional no hassle personal service from friendly staff every step of the way. Free refreshments was a bonus! Clean & comfortable. Great overall experience. Suzanne explained everything and was so patient with us.
Dave is the best!! Dave DeShazo was so helpful and funny. He also worked with us on our deal. I also can say that he keeps his word and I would trust him to sell me another car one day. My new to me car was cleaned up and he left us with an almost full tank of gas. I am very pleased with my car. Oh and Dave, two large Sonic cups do fit so it passed my last test!! Lol!!!

First Class Service / Attention to Detail Suzanne and Fish were a great combo and provided exception customer service on the sale of the car. Also, Fish took extra time to go over all the details of the Encore for my daughter and was in no rush. I have brought more than 10 cars at Ewing and the service from the time you walk in the door to when you drive your new car off the lot is exceptional. Ewing Atomotive is the only place to buy in the metroplex.
Great Car; Wilson to the rescue I love my car but my salesperson was slimy. Sean acted like he was doing me a favor and making me a good deal but kept trying to cut me a side deal and buy my car for cash “for his dad”. Offered $500 on trade in or $1000 cash that he would give me to put on my trade in. Once it was time to do paperwork, of course, he didn’t have the cash and offered to transfer his “Ford cash”. Osca Mora and Ewing Buick were excellent I came to Ewing to view a '13 Ford Taurus Limited. Oscar was more than helpful. He also has an excellent manner. No pressure, no press for time, and willing to answer all questions and can explain details with ease. I was made to feel quite comfortable. Excellent car buying experience! Our sales person Suzanne was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to help us get an additional cash back bonus. David in finance was friendly and fast. He too did extra by redoing the sales paperwork with the additional discount. We got an excellent price and had an excellent experience with Ewing GMC on a brand new Acadia Denali (my first ever brand new vehicle).
Best Experience You'll ever have Buying a car I had an Awesome experience with Oscar in pre-owned car sales. He was curteous, follows up often but not in a bothersome way. He was super helpful! The entire staff including David in finance was friendly, helpful and the car prices are fair. No games and tricks involved!
