Best car shopping/buying experience ever! Very friendly, laid back, listened to us. I agree with another reviewer about transparency -- there were no "hidden" fees thrown in when we went to actually sign all the papers. Just all around great service from everyone we dealt with! A special callout to Bill Mitchell -- he also gets 5 stars -- I will highly recommend specifically asking for him, as well as the whole dealership! Keep up the great work yall!
Superb Service and Very Transparent! I was really impressed with Ewing’s transparency on their advertised pricing. I am starting my research for a new car when my lease is up in 5 months and stopped in to drive the Terrain Denali. I was blown away that they were offering to trade me in early and I’d still save money off my current lease payment!! That is unheard of in my lease experience! Exceptional Service Went to look at a Tahoe after viewing it online. We told Wayne we needed to be able to purchase an extended warranty on the vehicle to which he made sure would be possible before we even discussed numbers. Beautiful building, cafe area, and top notch customer service. From walking into the building to leaving with the Tahoe it was a pleasant experience. P.S. even made my 11 year olds day by letting him sit inside a corvette that was in the showroom.
