Great Customer service! We were looking for our next vehicle and I was dreading the whole car buying process. We narrowed our search to about 4 cars. This dealership and Wayne Holten were BY FAR the best car buying experience I've ever had. All the other dealerships subjected me to the typical hardcore sales tactics which included everything from bait and switch to overly aggressive demeanor. Great Service! I bought a car from Buick this past week and my experience was great! I went in on Monday evening around 7pm and an hour and half later I was the proud owner of a new Buick Encore. They gave me a loaner car for Tuesday so they would have time to make sure my car was perfect. I went back in Tuesday afternoon to pick up my car and was in and out in 45 minutes. As smooth as it gets I have always dreaded the car-buying experience...but Herman and the guys at Ewing made this the easiest, least stressful experience I've ever had buying a car.
