Great help and service I have long used Ewing Buick GMC for service work on my 2004 Envoy. When it was time for my Envoy to ride to greener pastures my Service Associate, Steve, let me know that this time it might not be worth fixing. Excellent customer service by Wayne Holten During our car-buying process, this Ewing Buick GMC was our last stop on an arduous day of looking for cars. Wayne Holten received us and was the first car sales-person who actually listened to what we needed and found options to suit our needs (in terms of car spec) as well as our price range. The sale was more or less done just by Wayne listening to and understanding our needs. Excellent process and communication thereafter and we drove our new car away a few days later.

Oscar is great to deal with Here's the deal. I drove all the way to Ewing from Fort Worth because I saw a used Mazda on line that I was interested in. Oscar met me at reception, I told him what I was interested in, AND HE TOOK ME DIRECTLY TO THE CAR I ASKED ABOUT. I don't think I've ever had that happen before.
