Jim Bearden has been my service contact person since I purchased my Buick As always he was courteous and helpful. My car had to be left at the dealer's overnight but I was given a nice loaner car to use until my car was ready.
Randy Harp was awsome in the whole transaction. Was easy going and friendly. It's an odd time not to shake a hand right now. But they maintained professionalism and kept things at a comfortable level. It was pouring rain but Randy made his way out to the parking lot to grab one option I wasn't even thinking about. He just threw on a jacket and went out there. No hesitation. Ended up going with his suggestion vs what I came in for. Totally awsome experience. Thanks Randy
