I had an appointment and was greeted promptly, escorted to the waiting area that offered several options of comfort. I chose the quiet room. The service was timely and I even had a follow-up request that I forgot to mention when I arrived. The service person who initially greeted me took the time to explore my request and was VERY patient and friendly. Just a great experience.
