Wayne Holten was great! We were not planning on buying that day, but Wayne did not pressure us, showed us a few cars, one of which, we were really happy with. Gave us time to consider the options we had, made it easy to work with us. We made a commitment that day and finished up the deal the next day. courteous and professional I went out to test drive cars last Saturday with very specific objectives in mind. On the first go-round I had an awkward experience at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi; I got the cliché greasy used-car salesman treatment ( I don't want to hear about the safety features on a sporty/sports car). Great Service for Sales Walked in late in the evening just to check out a Buick Enclave. Erin was hugely helpful in providing information and showing us around, and then running numbers. The car and the experience were great, and we walked out of there after putting a deposit down! Erin worked with us to complete most of the paperwork before we came back in. She ensured everything was accurate and ready to go.
Great, low pressure sales The whole staff at Ewing was very laid back and helpful. We weren't pressured to buy after our first visit when we test drove the car. We came back a month later and it took no time to get in and out the door with our new Acadia. I strongly recommend buying at Ewing.
