Appreciation! Ewing has a GOLDMINE in Brad Ancker, Service Writer in the Service Department. He has always had my best interest at heart and takes care of me like family. I greatly, no trememdously, appreciate his efforts and fabulous customer service skills. You don't pay him enought for the service he provides. Great Overall customer experience at Ewing! I could not be more pleased with my overall experience buying a new car at Ewing, thanks to Robert "Catfish" Turlington. I dealt with 3 different Buick dealerships in the Dallas area. Ewing was by far the best. Robert Turlington and Kevin St. Louis were the 2 people I dealt with. They are both honest, forthcoming professionals. I highly recommend both of them and Ewing in general.

Tony was Great! He got me the best deal. I went to the dealership with a vehicle in mind but when I arrived and he saw what I was looking for, he was able to get me into even a better vehicle for a great price! The finance guy was also great! He got me a really good rate and my payments are exactly where I needed them to be.

Awesome customer buying experience! I am a previous buyer, and had a great experience prior to this visit. John Bonza took time to explain both 2015 Yukon SLT and Denali models and helped me decided on which best fit my needs and budget. He was able to work out a deal and get me out the door with the price I had in mind. This was another great experience with the sales team, and when I am in the market for another new car in the future, Ewing Buick GMC will be first on my list of dealers!

Having purchased 5 Pontiac Grand Prix in the past from Sewell in Dallas, I lost confidence in their sales and service with my 2008 purchase. This is our 3rd GMC vehicle to purchase from Suzanne Koerwer at Ewing GMC Plano. We have always appreciated her genuine customer service and product knowledge. I'm loving my brand new 2015 Yukon and all it new features. I have not one complaint about Ewing customer service or the dealership but a little suggestion for the wait time during the car purchase process.
