The reason why I visited Ewing Buick in Plano in the first place is because I had such a negative experience at the Buick dealership in McKinney, which by the way has very poor customer service and there were times when I just wanted to poke my eyes out it was that bad!!! The dealership in McKinney was the first dealership that I had visited when I started my search for an Encore. I had test driven an Encore there and really liked it. Tony made this process so painless and I was able to get out of my old lease and into a new lease with no problem. I found the perfect car for my family. There were so many extra perks and rebates with our car that it really made for a nice experience. Tony was extremely helpful in explaining the entire process to me and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable in the car and the lease. We will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My wife and I had a great experience at Ewing Buick GMC in Plano,Tx. My salesman Kenneth Foster was very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. We were able to buy The car I was after at what I consider a very fair price. I strongly recommend Ewing Buick to anyone looking for a new or used car and would strongly suggest getting ahold of Kenneth Foster to handle your buying experience.

I have been buying new and used cars for 40 years. This was the best experience I ever had. I did my homework so I knew what I wanted to pay. Sales manager met my price w/o the usual "back and forth". Mr. Mhlanga's management of the before and after sale experience was excellent. Also he helped with an unusual repair issue. Finance manager drafted two sets of sales papers for my review over the weekend. Keep up the good work !!

I live on the other side of the metroplex so when I called I really didn't know anything about Ewing Buick GMC. From that first phone call, all through the sale process, and even after the sale (yes - he followed up several times after the sale to make sure I was happy) I found them to be the best place to handle picky customers like me and my wife. I came in a few weeks ago looking for a new 2013. GMC Acadia. I called in ahead of time and by the time I arrived there were 2 vehicles outside ready for me and my family to look at and right away we were greeted by Kevin. After speaking with Suzanne Koerwer about the type of car that I needed she recommended a GMC Terrain and then stayed late at the dealership so that my wife and I could see and drive the car. With Suzanne's help we found the exact car that we wanted and Suzanne made the process of buying the car simple and fast.
