Outstanding dealership: worked well with us, no pressure. Allowed us to bring our mechanic, helpful with questions and financing. Robert was very personal and not pushy nor smooth talking. Mario helped give us assurance about our purchase. The financial office, as well, was very helpful. The only knock on the preowned section was that it seemed like things were breaking down (bathroom door would not knock, computer would not turn on, etc)--but I would recommend this any day over other places. Had my blue tooth connected for my new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 cellphone and had the 5,000 mile car service done. Both were done quickly and efficiently, even though I had not called to set up an appointment before coming to Ewing.

My car was totaled on the freeway just before Christmas 2013 with me and my 2 children in the car. I had no money, not great credit, no trade in and I faced possibly being upside down on my current car loan. I was referred to Wilson by my insurance agent. The service we received from Randy Harp was "OUTSTANDING"! The Ewing experience was awesome from the time we walked into the dealership to the time we drove off the lot. Tony Thomas took the extra time and patience to explain and help us setup all the features in our new Buick Enclave. We drove out of the lot knowing how to use the navigation system, OnStar, bluetooth and our entertainment system to just name a few of the great features we love in our Enclave.
