It’s nice to have a service department that doesn’t seem to want to knock my head off and sell me on a bunch of add-ons to pad their checks. Fair and honest. That means a lot these days
The service department is excellent. The reason being Benjamin Towb. He is always helpful in so many ways. To have a employee with his caring for the customer is a wonderful advantage.
These guys work hard to make sure you are satisfied with their service. They strive for excellence and succeed. Benjamin Towb and Jim Bearden have always taken very good care of me and my vehicles. Highly recommended dealership. Not a corporate dealer and it shows. Most of their employees have been there for many, many years. Great job Ewing!
Excellent customer service from purchase thru service. Service manager greets you, know your name and they keep you informed on progress of your service request. To finish it off, a nice wash!
