Jim Bearden has been the service writer I met when first coming to Ewing from Snell. He is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All of the Ewing staff that I came into contact with were quite customer service oriented, a very nice change from what I normally see when visiting most retail businesses regardless of product offered.
