service advisor, Jim was very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and kept me informed as it went along. I did have an issue where one of the connections came loose, causing Engine Warning for 2 systems and I had to return Monday morning. It was inconvenient for sure, but the issue was immediately addressed and corrected.
