I've never had a salesman explain the features of a car in more detail than what Oscar provided. Not only that, I came with my own financing and he got me a rate that beat it by a whole point. Outstanding service: this was my second visit (because I was impressed the first time). No wait at all once arrived (appointment made beforehand) — everything was very efficient. Plus… comfortable waiting area; quick checkout, with washed car waiting right outside.
I am very happy with the service Oscar gave us at Ewing GMC. He helped us understand everything and made sure we were getting copies of everything. He went above and beyond to explain in details all of the functions of our GMC Sierra. He showed us features we would have never known. He guided us setting up the ONSTAR. Ben Town is an excellent maintenance department representative. He always has excellent customer service!! He always listenes to what you have going on with your vehicle so he can relay it to the maintenence technician. This way you are in and out and back on the road.
