After returning to airport from a week trip, our vehicle was completely disabled. DFW maintenance tried to jump the battery, but nothing happened. We eventually had the vehicle towed to Ewing Buick and received a phone call late the next day about needing a new heavy duty battery. All other systems were checked out as well and we got the free car wash. Service writers are easy to work with and cost of service was reasonable.

Very professional. The only drawback is having to queque up and waited for 34 days before they take my Mercedes in for small body works.
Ewing Buick has always given my car excellent service, and this last time was no exception. They make it very easy to check in, their spacious waiting room is modern and very comfortable, and they keep you informed as to the progress of the work being done. As always, they completed the work in a timely fashion, and I left with my car a lot cleaner than when I brought it in! I must also mention my service advisor, Jim Bearden, who is very knowledgeable and so helpful every single time!
