I took my SUV in for an oil change and service and the staff at the service center were great. They gave me a loaner SUV until my car was ready and explained everything they did during my service visit. Everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful.

My slow-leaking tire was repaired inexpensively and I was told my tires will last awhile longer before needing to be replaced. The service person noted dirty filters but indicated they would be ok until my next servicing after 3000 miles. I appreciate not being upsold.
