In general having oil leak from cam carrier, and needing to reseal it for a price of $3300+ for 2016 wrx with 53k miles is not worth it. They are not as bullet proof as the general impression is. Love the performance but this is unreasonable maintenance cost. Specially when TSB is published, this is a fairly common problem. A clear design fault.
