Brought my wife's Outback in because the AC was blowing warm air. They checked it out and found that the compressor needed replacement due to an internal sensor going out. This was going to be very costly, right before Xmas. I asked if there was anything they could do to help with the cost, i.e. a discount or something. Devin filed a claim with Subaru to see how they might be able to help. They ended up covering the cost of the air compressor. Amazing!

I have always had the best customer service from Ewing Subaru. Especially with my last service , I was amazed. I arrived at 7pm , and the service department was closed. A nice lady from the Sales helped me to get my vehicle by calling the service manager and located my keys and vehicle in the secured location. And then brought it outside for delivery. My wife works at the hospital as a health care worker. And the vehicle was very much needed for her commute to work early next morning. It really helped us to maintain the sche... read more
