This Subaru dealership in my opinion has excellence in the way Service Department handle all my concerns regarding maintenance and repairs of all my vehicles. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. Very clean environment. Way to go !!!

Jose reviewed my last 2 services and indicated I should not have paid for brake relay since covered by 5yr 100000 mile extended warranty. Tiffany informed Jose very helpful. Tiffany took a picture of last service to get a refund for me. Explained detailed problems last 2 months. 2 relay failures. Request an opinion. Might be loose wire in harness. I want to wait another 4 weeks for a possible failure in power train. (dropped to 1200 rpm and breaking on its own). Thanks for the great advice. Bought it Memphis and Subaru stran... read more
