Other than periodic maintenance, the only service issue on my Outback, from its delivery in Nov, 2015 until now, was a bad cell in its original battery - that was replaced at no charge - and the battery of my key fob that ran out of juice - also replaced at no charge. All maintenance service has been completely satisfactory, professional, and ethical.

Ask for Devin or Lauren when servicing your car at Ewing Subaru. They are the only reason for my 5 star rating. Outside of these two, you’ll get your same rude, monotone and unenthused staff. Devin and Lauren brought friendliness, candor and respect to the table, making the experience worth while for me. Maybe others on staff should take a lesson from these two, it’s not hard to be personable and polite.
