Pleasant and efficient. Service appointment was at the scheduled time and took approximately 1 hour to complete.
There wasn't anything that wasn't wonderful. My service advisor went above & beyond to help me.
100% improved from last visit which I rated LOW. The advisor I requested kept me up-to-date on the service, was professional and knowledgeable. Made sure I viewed all final information on the service I'd requested. I'd only recommend if I can request the same service advisor.
