I was kept informed during the entire visit. All questions were answered.
I liked our service. There was nothing I didn't like.
When I arrived, I was a little disappointed with the scheduling process. I had booked my appointment online and followed up with a call to arrange a loaner vehicle, but I was given the wrong information and couldn't get one set up ahead of time. Thankfully, when I got to the shop, Erik Hofstetter stepped in and made everything right. He got us a loaner vehicle and took great care of our Outback. Big kudos to him!
