Stefani Cerda was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. In addition to the service to be performed, we discussed tires. She got me in a loaner car as it would take until the afternoon because of installing a set a tires. There was a part that needed to be replaced, and was under warranty, so no charge. Stefani sent me photos of it. The loaner car was great. Happy customer.
