I had some questions regarding my HOA`dues and spoke with Carole, who went above and beyond to answer my questions & get the issue resolved. She not only helped me, but she went out of her way to make sure I understood. I have been a homeowner here for over 25 years and have never spoken with someone as friendly, polite & helpfiu as her. I can't say enough good about my recent experience!
I posed a question and got a quick, positive reply.
I have worked with the staff/management quite a few times about the arch requests! I have to say we got all our information on time and details on how to proceed with various processes! The approval was very quick once we had all the information documented. A very special thanks to Aya and Johnny! AA

I don't think we should be charge a collection fee!

Hi Shelley, thanks for your review. Collection fees are charged as an additional management service and covers the administration and documentation for collection processes. If you would like these charges removed for your HOA, I suggest attending the next Board Meeting (which you will receive notice for) and asking your Board of Directors to consider changing their collection process. Very helpful! I was having trouble doing what a needed to do on the website-my issues, not the websites-so had to ask for help! They were so gracious and helpful and I was able to take care of my issues!
