Excel has been the manager of this community since I was a new resident in 2014 and now a Director on the HOA Board. *** and Brad have provided excellent customer service, responsive turnout to request and a knowledge base that has assisted the Board on numerous occasions, We have a great community due to our residents and a great team at Excel.
Excel Association Management, Inc. is a wonderful HOA management company. The provide transparency as to how the money is spent. They listen to the homeowners. It is so nice to be able to trust the managing company of my HOA. Had the developer turned our HOA over to Excel Association Management upon completion of our subdivision, I have no doubt our finances would be solid. community had Excel Association Management
Excel team is great to work with. They are responsive and courteous!
Had an issue with our pool card. It was quickly fixed with one email. I appreciate the speed and ease of fixing the issue because access to the pool in summer is very important!
I rarely need to call the Association - our property is maintained and managed extremely well. I did have to call to ask for assistance with a bug infestation - Jerry as usual was personable and extremely helpful. I really appreciate his effort to go above and beyond to help me resolve this.
Very helpful!!!
