Recommendedmy experience at Excel ER involved a quick, quiet, efficient, and friendly visit. I was in and out in under an hour. Nurse Jessica was very personable and helpful. Everyone else was just what I would hope for in a quick visit for a minor complaint. they even helped me get to a pharmacy that was still open at 9:30pm! I would certainly go back if needed!

RecommendedI am thrilled with our experience with Excel ER tonight. Less than 1.5 hours and nearly zero wait time. Noah at the desk was quick, efficient, and quiet with our personal information! Kendra was sweet, easy to work with and very fast! Jessica was hilarious and put us at ease quickly. RecommendedI was very pleased with my care from Dr. Beaty whom really took the time time to go over EVERYTHING with me. Plan of care etc. just listened to my concerns. In addition my nurse Jessica Jameson was absolutely phenomenal!!! I have had nurses at this facility that were previously not the nicest… to say the least. Jessica hit the ball out of the park with patient care. She sat and talked me through some of my concerns. Anything I needed something, she was on it within 5 minutes.
