This is the best place there fast friendly great service and always make sure u have What u need and help u if u need further treatment everyone needs to go here if they want the right treatment
One of our plumbers got hurt on a job site. Sent him to Excel ER to be looked at. The nurse called me several times to update me on what was going on. He had to be rushed to Good Shepherd for emergency surgery. Best customer service ever!

Had an awesome experience with Excel ER in Longview! Went in because I was very sick and Dr. Frank was great! He made sure that if I had any questions or I felt any bit uncomfortable or if there was anything I wanted to talk about he was there to listen. I’ve never had a doctor that was that caring! Melanie was my nurse and she made sure I was comfortable, although getting stuck by needles isn’t no fun, she definitely made me feel ok by that lol and Laci was a sweet heart as well she helped me with my X-ray!
