Prob my best ER visit ever. I felt terrible upon arrival and the staff really were exceptional in the care they provided. I had the flu and by the time I was discharged I felt so much better. Thank u guys

I am so impressed with the doctors and staff at Excel! I would especially like to thank Dr. McWilliams who went above and beyond in his care! There is no wait so u can be seen very quickly unlike the regular emergency rooms. I would definitely recommend Excel in Longview as it is a 5 star facility!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Excel ER on November 9th. The doctors, nurses, front desk staff and X-ray technician was on top of everything. I had surgery in Dallas on October 17 in Dallas and had an infection in an area of the surgical site. They called the doctor in Dallas and started taking care of me and getting me transferred to Dallas. I had to stay over night at Excel waiting for a bed at Baylor. Excel took very good care of me. They kept me out of pain, ran cultures on the spot and continued to talk to Baylor. ... read more
