I was working, and I got to a point where I couldn't breath. Luckily I was near Excel ER. Dr. Frank was there in the room almost immediately! I rarely post reviews, but this ER is the absolute best. They seen too me before I was even done with paperwork. Turns out I have bacterial bronchitis, they made sure I understood treatment, and that I felt comfortable leaving. I haven't been there personally but we went to see Santa this past Saturday and everyone was super nice I o my gave it 4 stars until I need their medical services and then I will be able to say if they get that extra star!! :-) thanks for everything

I didn't go here for an e.r. visit, I went up there for the Santa pictures they were doing. I was a little weirded out about going to an e.r. for a Santa picture. But the Santa and his sensory was beautiful. The staff were very kind and patient with all the kids and animals running around. We are new to this area, and this was a great first experience here! If I ever have an emergency I will keep this place in mind!

I️ had a great experience when my 6 year old son was sick. They were amazing with him and he requested to “go back THERE if i ever get sick again!!” Thank you Excel ER!
