Im trying not to exaggerate when i say Dr. Burnett and staff saved my life. I came in with a super bad infection that could have been life threatening. Dr. Burnett explained the situation and the game plan and walked me through every step and procedure to help me get back to normal. If you are ever in need of medical attention do not hesitate to go to Excel ER here in nacogdoches. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you and your family are comfortable and taken care of!

In my honest opinion, Excel ER is one of the greatest new assets to Nacogdoches! Dave, RN is amazing!! April, RN is beyond amazing.. They calmed our nerves, prayed with us, reassured us, got rid of our fears. We have had to make a trip twice in a week. Both visits made us feel like we were millionaires getting the best treatment! Thank you team! We will ALWAYS make you our first choice!!

The staff and doctors were amazing and so friendly and had basically no wait at all. Definitely going back if the need ever arises.

We were in and out within an hour! Dr. Denham, Carrie and Dave were super sweet and caring while being very efficient!! I would totally recommend anyone needing medical treatment to give them a try!
