RecommendedExcellent care. Best ER experience we've ever had! Everyone was very caring and they made sure the patient was always comfortable and had what he needed but also checked on the family. Definitely not your typical ER experience!
RecommendedWe had a great experience when I took my son to be seen. They caught that he had the beginnings of pneumonia. The staff was very friendly and thorough!
RecommendedI went in early in the morning (around 2am) and the nurses and doctors were the nicest people. If you go in, ask for Dr. Klingenberg and Dave for your nurse! They were very patient with me. I always have a lot of questions about medications, and Dave spent a good 30 minutes sitting with me explaining everything step by step.
RecommendedI went in about 6 am and couldn't even finish signing all the paper work before I was called back. Everyone was extremely nice and patient with me. I was there right at shift change and still got the same great smiles and softness with both the second doctor and nurse. I was made extremely comfortable during my time there. I hope I don't need it again, but if I did I would come back in a heart beat.

RecommendedDiana woke up early this Sunday morning with one eye swollen almost completely shut and giving her a great deal of pain. Excel ER appears to be the only off-site urgent care facility in Nacogdoches with 24-hour care, so we thought we'd give it a go. Everyone we encountered while there was courteous, caring and very professional. RecommendedHad a friend who went thought that be had the flu. He said that it minute he entered the front door, he was greeted immediately and they asked what he needed. Even before he had completed his paperwork, he was escorted back to the ER and saw the Doctor. His entire time there was about 1 hour. He said that everyone was super friendly and would definitely recommend them if you needed help quickly.
