This is the second time I have gone to this ER and I am more pleased every time. I had pneumonia and a high fever and they made me feel so at home. I stayed overnight for observation and they moved me to a nice room with real bed sheets and pillows. This place also has the nicest nurses and they were very good about telling my family how I was doing, bringing me anything I needed, and just helping me feel welcomed. Highly recommend ExcelER-Nac. We received immediate service. Staff was friendly and helpful -- but went beyond that. Options were explained and even reasons for choosing a treatment. We were treated like friends. ExcelER has 3 observation rooms. All the equipment needed, but more comfy, complete with a quilt on the bed. While the staff is competent and knowledgeable, they realize the mental state of the patient is also important. This place was wonderful. The staff treated my son like he was one of their own. Highly recommend going here. They quick to see us and so helpful. My son went from being scared to not wanting to leave. He loved his time here even though he was in pain and had to get an iv(not a single tear during the process).

I recommend this place to everyone! They were so sweet, helpful and felt they really cared. Also, inexpensive. Definitely a great place to go

This place was amazing!! � I would recommend it to anyone for Anything. Everyone was so attentive and compassionate with my sweet baby, I couldn't of asked for better care. And a big shout out to April Adams for helping us while she wasn't even working! We appreciate it so much

Attentive and personal medical care.. Makes you almost feel sad for being healed because you have to say goodbye! They explained every process and test so you actually knew what was going on. Laura and Dedra can give shots "like buttah"�. Thank you all!
