RecommendedThe facility and staff were amazing here. They provided a comfortable environment for their customers and went above and beyond to make the experience the best it could be considering it is an ER. The doctor even walked the RX over to CVS to be filled while we waited. My family has had quite the experience with ER'S and I can honestly say this has been the best experience ever. You are highly recommended and Thank You Excel ER for coming to Nacogdoches.

The staff there today was the best I got in and out quickly. April the nurse was the greatest ever. Dr. Riggins was awesome and Tim the X ray guy was cool and the front desk lady Vania. These guy and gals help me in me time there. Will definitely keep using them when I need it. Shout out to April for the great wrapping you did on my finger.
I would recommend this ER to anyone! So professional and zero wait time. The staff was so compassionate and friendly. If in the near future I ever need to use an ER, this is the one I return to!
Just left this place and it was awesome!!! The staff was super nice and caring. Dr. Meek, SJ, and the other nurse (guy, sorry don't remember your name) were very attentive. Even though they hurt me.., im grateful that they got to the root cause of my visit. Im sorry the urgent care places in Dallas needs to take notes and pointers from Excel ER. Thanks guys!!!!

This place makes you feel comfortable and the staff was very friendly and quick. I was seen immediately as soon as I filled out the paper work! Thank y'all for taking good care of me! I would recommend this place to anyone!
Great place! I was amazed at how fast my daughter was treated and we were released. Awesome and caring staff! Definitely recommend!!
